Booking a Conference Room in New Outlook

Open Outlook and navigate to the Calendar.

Click on New Event.

Fill in the title, date, and time.

Click on Search for a room of location and select the appropriate conference room.

If the room does not appear, enter the room’s email address in the attendee field.

Add required attendees under Invite attendees.

Click Send to finalize the booking.

The room will automatically accept or decline based on its availability.

Booking a Conference Room in Classic Outlook

Open Outlook and go to the Calendar.

Click New Meeting or New Appointment in the top left.

Enter the meeting title, date, and time.

Click on Location to choose a conference room.

If the room is unavailable, use the Scheduling Assistant to check availability.

Add attendees in the To field if needed.

Click Send to book the room.
Booking a Conference Room in Outlook on the Web

Log in to Outlook on the Web and navigate to the Calendar.

Click New Event.
-
Enter the meeting details, including title, date, and time.

Click Location and select the desired conference room.

If unavailable, try adjusting the meeting time.

Add attendees if necessary.

Click Send to confirm the reservation.
