Step 1: Open Outlook in Classic Mode
Ensure you are using the Classic Outlook interface. If you are using the new Outlook, you may need to switch back by toggling the toggle switch in the top right.
Step 2: Access the Public Folder

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Click on the More Apps button on the left taskbar.

Select Folders from the menu.

Click on Public Folders - Your Email Address.

Expand the folder structure to find the relevant contact list (e.g., "Employee Contacts").
- All Public Folders ->Welty Employees -> Employee Contact List
Step 3: Open the Employee Contact List

Navigate to the appropriate folder where the contact list is stored.

Click on the folder to open the list of employee contacts.

If you need to use these contacts frequently, right-click on the folder and select Add to Favorites for easier access in the future.
Step 4: Using the Contact List

Click on the first person who shows up in the contact list and press Control + A and then Control + C to copy all the contacts
- Go to the People tab shown in the picture below
- Click on the first person who shows up in your contact list and press Control + V to paste the contacts over.
- This image below should pop up I choose the Update All Option.
- After you choose the Update All option it will start updating your contact list over the span of 5 to 10 minutes with this loading screen.
- Once this is done processing the contact list on your company phone will get these newly added contacts.
