Mimecast - Recover Deleted Emails

Mimecast has many features, one of which is the ability to recover any emails dating back 10 years ago. 

1. Log into https://login.mimecast.com/u/login/?gta=portal#/login  with your email address and computer password 

2. Set the authentication type to Cloud.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone

4. Select Inbox or Sent Items in the left menu. 
5. Type whatever you want in the search box, click the gear icon to determine date range, etc.
6. It will search for the determined content, just like in outlook.
7. You can forward several emails to yourself. Next to the email, check the box, then select the forward button towards the top, type your full email address in the To... field and send.
