Open Outlook and go to the Calendar.

Click Share at the top-right.

Enter the email address of the person you want to share it with.

Set permission levels:
-
Can view when I’m busy – Shows only free/busy times.

Can view titles and locations – Shows meeting titles and locations.
-
Can view all details – Shows full details of events.
-
Can edit – Allows editing of calendar events.
-
Delegate – Allows full management, including responding to meeting invites.

Click Share, and they will receive an email invitation.
Classic Outlook for Windows

Open Outlook and go to Calendar.
-
Click on Share Calendar in the toolbar.

Select the calendar you want to share.

In the Calendar Properties window, go to the Permissions tab.

Click Add... and enter the recipient's email.

Under Permission Level, choose:
-
Free/Busy time – Shows availability only.
-
Free/Busy time, subject, location – Shows meeting titles and locations.
-
Reviewer – Can see full details but not edit.
-
Author – Can add new items but not edit existing ones.
-
Editor – Can add and edit events.
-
Delegate – Full access, including meeting invites.
-

Click Apply, then OK.
